Shipping and Deliveries

At Welcome Lover we do everything we can to ensure that your order is delivered on time and always in simple, discreet packaging.

Deliveries can be delayed, albeit rarely. These delays are the responsibility of the carriers, but we will always be available to collaborate in resolving these situations, trying to minimize the inconvenience caused.

What shipping methods do I have available?

All orders are sent by DHL Expresso, CTT Expresso, CTT or DPD with the indication of next working day delivery for mainland Portugal. For the autonomous regions of the Azores and Madeira, shipping can take up to 7 working days.

Orders are shipped to the address you selected as your shipping address.

It is possible that the shipment is made to a CTT office. To do so, you must select CTT Expresso and select the point where you want the delivery.

Any of the carriers also have Pickup Points available for the collection of orders other than the customer's address. At the end of the order, just select this option and choose the place where you want to make the respective withdrawal, for the price of €3.99.

If I am not at home when the courier arrives to deliver my order, what happens?
An email or SMS is sent indicating the time and place where you can pick up the order or the delivery agency itself will contact you.

Shipping Costs

Orders over €50 can be shipped free of charge. You must select one of the "Free" options when finalizing the order.

Below that value, shipping costs start at €3.99. The prices of each shipment are displayed before the end of each order, so that you can choose what interests you most.

Orders can be picked up free of charge from our warehouse. Withdrawals must be carried out on working days from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at Rua João das Regras, 176 - Porto.

Shipping prices for orders to the rest of Europe are charged differently depending on the shipping country. Prices will be indicated during the check-out process and before finalizing the order.

For the rest of Europe, shipments can take 3 to 7 days.

Shipments to the islands of Madeira and the Azores are made via CTT and can take up to 7 working days to be delivered, for the same price as for mainland Portugal. They can be sent via DHL, for the price of €29.99 and it takes up to 3 business days.

We do not ship outside Europe.

Does my order have to be sent to an address given by me?

Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?

Orders can be picked up free of charge from our warehouse. Withdrawals must be carried out on working days from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, at Rua João das Regras, 176 - Porto.

You should only pick up the order after receiving the information that it has been completed via email.

On the 24th and 31st of December the hours are from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.

Can I pay for my order when I pick it up?

No, all our orders with collection at the warehouse already have to be paid by other means.

Returns and Refunds

Don't forget that at Welcome Lover your satisfaction is very important to us, you have 90 days to exchange or return your order, for any reason, even if it has been opened.

Can I ask for my order to be shipped via courier?

Yes, you can and for same-day deliveries. This type of shipment is only available for deliveries in the municipality of Porto.

Delivery is made by a courier from one of the companies available on the market (no mention of the store).

The courier picks up the order at a clothing store to ensure maximum secrecy.

A delivery schedule must be made, so the customer must contact our store, between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm, to the following numbers:  +351 223192134 or +351 910695839 for Portuguese phones number.

This service costs €11.99 and the order must always be paid for before being sent using one of the available payment methods.
