How much time you have to change your mind?

You have 90 days to returning your product, and you can exchange for another item or request a full refund of the amount paid.

How much will I spend to return the product?

Nothing, you're not going to spend a cent.

How to start the Return process?

In the upper right corner of the page welcomelover.com do you have space dedicated to your account, click on the button on the left that says Returns.

What forms of forwarding/returns do you have?

There are two ways to make reach the product to our facilities, both by the CTT:

the Faster

Going to a post office CTT and asks a registry for Registered Mail fills with your details (Sender) and with our data (the Recipient) sends and makes the payment.

Then you just have to send us a photo of the invoice with the respective amount you paid and we will credit your customer account. If you do not have a way to take photo or for another reason you can't send it, don't worry, when your order arrives at our facilities to weigh the packaging and we credit this amount in your account or we will send you a code with all of the value that you have spent in the CTT to returning or trade your wares.

That packaging you should use for returning the article?

You can use the same packaging, just make sure that it is properly sealed.

What should you put inside the packaging?

Included everything that you meet to return the product. Also puts a small note of the reason for the return, whatever it is, and a reference to identify your order such as order number, e-mail, name or phone.
